I'm 23 and a good friend of mine is having a black-tie wedding in October (floor length dress encouraged). I've been trying to find something but every floor length dress looks either like a high school homecoming dress or very "matronly". Do you think you could find something young but black-tie appropriate. I'm 5'2" with an hourglass figure and I'd like to stay under $150 if possible.
