It's National Pi Day! No we didn't forget the "e" because this day is dedicated to the number 3.14, the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. You don't have to be a math nerd to celebrate with a yummy slice of pie using one of these affordable recipes.

Johnny's Creamy Coconut Cream Pie
Spring is on its way, but this coconut cream pie recipe will have you thinking about summer. It received Best of Show in the 100th anniversary Crisco Competition so it must be pretty yummy. You probably have most of the ingredients in your pantry already. You'll need to pick up a 15 ounce can of cream of coconut and a bag of shredded coconut if you don't already have it.
