Another large winter storm is expected to dump nine inches of snow in the Washington DC area. While this means schools and Federal offices are forced to shut down, it can be good news for skiers eager for fresh powder. If you're looking to hit the slopes for less this winter, check out these affordable ski deals.

Lake Tahoe
Head to Lake Tahoe for an incredible discount at Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows. You'll save up to $85 with the Tahoe Super 2 deal. For $119 you'll enjoy two days of skiing and riding. Add on lodging for an additional $119 a night.


Breckenridge
