Holidays hams, sugar cookies and those big glasses of egg nog you've been gulping down could lead to some weight gain. While you may not have a little round belly that shakes when you laugh like a bowl full of jelly you probably don't want to add on those two pounds the average American gains in December. Counteract Christmas calories with one of these quick, free home workouts.

Join fitness guru Kiana for a quick, intense workout. Work your upper body, legs or abs in under 30 minutes with Kiana's help. Just visit Kiana.com to peruse videos. Premium memberships are necessary to access full content, but there is plenty of free material available.


Fit with Forbes
Take coach John Forbes' 24 Day Challenge and burn off some of those gingerbread cookies you've consumed. Each video is available for free on YouTube and requires very little equipment. Most take about 25 minutes to complete.


The 1000 Workout
Head to Blogilates.com for The 1000 Workout. It's ten moves, 100 reps each. You won't need any equipment-- even skipping rope is done with a pretend jump rope. Most people report that the workout took between 15 and 30 minutes to complete.
