Most of us look at celebrities and think they must have it all: fame, fortune and an endless supply of free beauty supplies. But being a celebrity is tough. Fame can be fickle so sometimes household names turn to other industries for an income just like these five former celebs working normal jobs.

Dylan Sprouse, Disney star
Former Disney star Dylan Sprouse starred in Suite Life of Zach and Cody. But lately he's been starring in another role: working as a host at a New York City restaurant. Sprouse maintains that the job isn't about money. "I am financially secure, and took this job as a way to primarily feed my over bountiful video game addiction," the 21-year-old actor explained on his Tumblr page last month.

Jon Gosselin, Reality star
Jon Gosselin's reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8 once drew 10 million viewers. Now the divorced dad is waiting tables at the Black Dog, a Pennsylvania restaurant near the cabin he currently calls home. Us Magazine reports that Jon has found finding employment nearly impossible. Once hounded by the paparazzi and spotted at VIP bashes, Jon now lives a much quieter life.

Chris Owen, Actor
Known for serving up lines like “I’m a sophisticated sex robot, sent back in time to change the future for one lucky lady," Chris Owen of American Pie fame is now serving sushi. RadarOnline.com posted snapshots of The Sherminator waiting tables at Sushi Roku in Los Angeles.

Vanilla Ice, Rapper
Notorious for his '90s rap hits, pop icon Vanilla Ice now works with his hands. He shows off more than 15 years of home improvement experience on a DIY Network show The Vanilla Ice Project where he and his crew of contractors renovate a Palm Beach mansion room by room.

Tiffany, Pop Star
The 80's belonged to Tiffany-- or at least she shared them with Debbie Gibson. The red-headed singer now sells vintage clothing and accessories at a boutique in White House, near Nashville. WKRN-TV reports that Tiffany's Boutique is housed in an older home that was once a tattoo parlor.
