Bubble Bath
An inflatable baby bathtub like Munchkin's Inflatable Safety Duck Tub, $10.49 at Target.com, becomes the centerpiece of this no sew Bubble Bath costume. According to Parenting.com you can attach suspenders to the duck and attach inflated white balloons to mimic bubbles.
Aspiring Artist
Pull out a smock and a paint set to create an aspiring artist costume for a trick-or-treater of any age. Smithfield.com suggests creating a handheld pallet from cardboard, decorating it with dots of paint. Give them an oversized paintbrush and a beret to complete the look.
Felt Costumes
Jo-Ann Fabrics is giving out free patterns to create nine different no-sew costumes using felt. Choose between a ladybug, cow, lion or more fun costumes. You'll need 3/4 to 1 1/4 yards of fleece for each costume which are made to fit children between the ages of 4-6.
