National Women's Health Day: Free At-Home Workouts

Around 100,000 women of all ages will take part in health and fitness events around the country on Wednesday, September 25. It's all part of the 12th annual National Women's Health and Fitness Day, a holiday created to encourage women to take control of their health. Scheduling opportunities to get active into your daily routine doesn't have to cost money. In fact with these free workouts you don't even have to leave the house.
