School’s out, days are longer and ice cream becomes a regular ritual. What’s not to love about summer? If you need another reason to love this time of year just keep reading. Here are ten fabulous summer freebies.

Free Admission to National Parks - Here’s one to mark down on your calendar: On August 14 and 15, 2010, you can score free admission to all national parks. There are more than 100 of them so there’s probably one near you.

Free Theme Park Admission - Theme parks and summer go together like peanut butter and jelly. Florida residents can get free admission for children five and under all summer long with the Busch Gardens Preschool Pass. And if you’re a member of the military, you and your family can get free tickets to Sea World, Busch Gardens and Sesame Place.

Free Bowling - We may have mentioned this freebie before, but it’s definitely worth repeating. Kids can bowl free all summer long. Just check out KidsBowlFree.com. Free fun in an air conditioned place? What more could you ask for?

Free Concerts - Communities all across the country offer free summer entertainment. Check out the upcoming concerts in your area by visiting your city’s website. Whether you’re in Boston or Cincinnati, there are free concerts to put on your schedule of summer fun.

Free Baseball Games - Every Tuesday you can get a free ticket to a minor league baseball game with the purchase of a ticket. Just bring a Kraft cheese wrapper to the ticket office to score your freebie.

Free Makeovers - Head to your favorite local department store and hit up the make-up department. Lots of brands offer free makeovers and even mini-facials for customers interested in trying out new products. It’s a great way to beat the heat and try a new summer look.

Free Breakfast - Sleeping in can be fun during summer, but you may want to wake up earlier on June 22, 2010, and head to WhataBurger. From 7-10am get a bacon or sausage Breakfast on a Bun for free. You can try it Ranchero Style with jalapenos and picante sauce at no extra charge.

Free Cooking Technique Classes - This summer you can learn how to make meals-on-a-stick with skewers or homemade frozen desserts. Just sign up for a free Technique Class at your local Williams-Sonoma store. Your local Whole Foods store likely also has free cooking classes and demonstrations.

Free Workouts - Check with your local parks and recreation department. Chances are they’re offering some free summer workouts. If you live in the New York area, review this great list of free summer workouts from SocialWorkout.com.
