Free admission to Columbus Zoo w/canned food donation

The Columbus Zoo & Aquarium in Ohio has teamed up with Papa John's Pizza and Parent Magazine to offer free admission to the Zoo with a canned food donation during their Columbus Parent Magazine Family Days. Take time to visit all the spring Zoo babies for free on Saturday, May 1st, by bringing 10 cans of food per person directly to the Zoo. Alternately, take 10 cans of food during the month of April to your local Papa John's Pizza store and pick up tickets for free admission on May 1st and May 2nd and you'll also receive a coupon for a free pizza (M-W only) good toward a future visit. All canned food collected during this special offer will benefit Operation Feed and the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. Normal admission is usually $11.99 for adults and $6.99 for children aged 2-9 and senior citizens. Offer valid between 9am and 5pm on 05/01/2010 and 05/02/2010.
