Circuit City going out of business, gift cards still honored

Unable to claw it's way through the economic downturn, Circuit City has announced as of Friday, January 16, 2009, that they're going out of business. This follows their bankruptcy announcement of just over two months ago. On their website Circuit City has stated that they will continue to honor any Circuit City gift cards up to their final day. Look for huge liquidation sales at stores near you and, of course, use up those gift cards before it's too late.
