Spam sucks and junk mail is annoying. But not all of those e-newsletters and promotions are worthless. Some can save you big bucks on all sorts of stuff from airline tickets to cleaning supplies. Here are some great ways to get savings delivered to your inbox.

Around the House
Who wants to spend more money than they have to on boring stuff like toilet cleaner and mustard? Sign up for the [email protected] free monthly e-newsletter and you’ll get ideas for your home, plus exclusive coupons from Johnson & Johnson.

Photo Gifts and Prints
Join Shutterfly, the #1 online photo service and right away you’ll receive 50 free 4x6 prints and free standard shipping on your first order. Opt to receive money-saving offers and they’ll send you opportunities to create lots of free projects—photo calendars, mugs, books and more. Go ahead, give them as gifts. We won’t tell anybody that you got it for free.

Forget the Sunday paper-- e-newsletters are a great way to get grocery coupons. Sign up with Pillsbury and you’ll receive exclusive, members-only benefits. Betty Crocker also sends out an e-newsletter full of recipes, tips, coupons and free samples. Just for signing up they’ll give you $10 worth of coupons.

Office Supplies
Looking for savings for your home office or business? Sign up for HP’s MyPrintRewards program. Members receive exclusive savings on ink, toner and paper.

E-Newsletters are a great way to keep tabs on travel deals to the destinations of your choice. With Travelocity’s FareWatcher Plus you can track prices for up to ten destinations. Then you just sit back and wait for the right price to show up in your inbox. You can also try tracking your favorite airline’s deals. Here’s one for Allegiant Air. Travel Zoo has a great e-newsletter that tracks the top 20 deals and brings them to you weekly.
